东北电网风电运行特性分析与研究

Analysis and Research of Operational Characteristics of Wind Power Generation in Northeast Power Grid

随着我国在政策上对清洁能源、绿色能源的大力支持,风电发展一日千里。大规模风电集中接入主网架给电网运行带来了新的挑战和机遇。东北地区风力资源丰富,风电发展迅猛,需要对风电的运行特性进行分析。本文从风电接入电网情况、风机类型、风电场调度管理、风电出力分析、低电压穿越等5个方面对东北电网的风电运行特性进行了分析和总结,并提出了风电运行管理方面的几点想法。
