Mn-Co-Zn-O系NTC热敏陶瓷的研究

摘要 采用XRD,SEM和电学测试等手段,系统研究了Zn0.2Mn2.8-xCoxO4(0.7<x<2.3)系NTC热敏陶瓷的相结构和电性能同Co含量的关系。结果表明:随着Co含量的增加,先形成四方尖晶石主晶相,而后伴随着析出少量富Co的岩盐相,最终转变为立方尖晶石主晶相和较多的富Co的岩盐相。ρ25先迅速降低而后缓慢增加,B值也是先减小而后基本稳定在4400~4500K。其中在1.3<x<2.1时,样品具有较低的ρ25和较高的B值。 The relations between phase structure,electrical properties and Co content of Zn0.2Mn2.8-xCoxO4(0.7<x<2.3) system NTC thermistor ceramics were studied using XRD,SEM and electrical measurements.The results indicate that with the increase of Co content,the main crystal phase of tetragonal spinel is firstly formed,and then a small amount of Co-rich rock salt phase separates out,it finally changes into cubic spinel main crystal phase and more Co-rich rock salt phase.ρ25 decrease rapidly first,and then inc...
