摘要
以杨梅单宁、落叶松单宁和黑荆树单宁为鞣剂,模拟制革工艺条件,制得三种固载单宁皮粉材料(IT-HP),并将其作为成品革模型化合物,研究其所含单宁对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原吸附作用。系统研究了pH值、单宁含量以及初始Cr(Ⅵ)浓度对还原吸附作用的影响。结果表明:三种单宁对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率和吸附率大小顺序为黑荆树单宁>杨梅单宁>落叶松单宁,其值均随pH值升高而降低;单宁对Cr吸附率随单宁含量的增加而增大。pH=3.0、初始Cr(Ⅵ)含量为50~100mg/kg时,IT-HP中5%的单宁可使残留在溶液中和吸附在IT-HP上的Cr(Ⅵ)含量均小于5mg/kg。
