摘要
针对牦牛皮板厚实,裘皮加工时化料难以渗透导致皮板僵硬的问题,本文提出了将酸膨胀分散皮纤维和酸膨胀片皮应用于牦牛裘革制造的新方法。首先研究了六种酸膨胀方案对牦牛生皮膨胀和退膨胀的作用规律,优选出了NaCl-甲酸-硫酸的膨胀方案。并且考察了温度和时间对酸膨胀的影响。最后,对成革机械性能、柔软度和收缩温度等进行了测试。结果表明:在少量NaCl存在的条件下,通过用甲酸和硫酸对牦牛生皮进行适度膨胀,能够很好地去除纤维间质,利于片皮操作。从而促进皮化材料渗透,增加皮板柔软度,并且成革的物理机械性能不会明显受损。
