摘要
采用常规划线分离筛选的方法,从土壤中筛选出一株高效絮凝剂产生菌。经过初步鉴定,此菌属于杆菌,革兰氏阴性。通过对培养条件的优化,确定培养此菌的最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母膏,培养基初始pH为7,培养温度为30℃,培养时间为24h,摇床转速为150r/min。在此最佳培养条件下培养细菌,产生的絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率达97.6%。
A strain of flocculant-producing microorganism with high-efficiency was isolated from soil with routine streak method.By preliminary identification,it is discovered as a rod,Gram-negative strain.The optimum culture conditions are determined as follows: sucrose as the optimum carbon source,yeast extract as the optimum nitrogen source,initial culture medium pH 7,culture temperature 30 ℃,culture time 24 h,rotation speed 150 r/min.Under the optimum culture conditions,the strain produces a highly efficient flocculant with 97.6% of flocculation rate against kaolin clay suspension.
