On the Relations Between the Party Leadership and Social Steadness

在建立社会主义市场经济体制,建设社会主义民主政治的实践中,诸多影响社会稳定的因素随之产生,如中央权威流失、基层政权弱化、社会利益分化、社会规则失范、社会心理失衡等。在不断变化的新形势下,党建工作创新是完善党的领导,维护社会稳定的必然要求,这就要求我党不断加强学习促进党建理论创新和组织工作创新搞好党风廉政建设。

In the practice of setting uo socialist market economy systems and socialist democratic politics,many factors affecting social steadness appear.To adhere to the leading position of the communist party of Chi-na in the socialist construction,to bring the functions of the party defending the union of the nation,realizing social conformity,building democratic politics,resisting peaceful evolution into full play are the key to defend social steadness.Under the situation of continuous change,it is necessary requirement for improving the party leadership and defending social steadness to innovate on the work of the party construction.This requires that we enforce studying continuously,innovate the theory of the party constructionand organize work.
