To solve the questions in the crisis of purchasing grain and in accumulating the fund for industrialization,Si Da-lin put forward the theory of agro-co llectivization in the argument that he argued with Bu Ha-lin.There are rich c ontents in the theory,such as the necessity of collectivization,role,quality etc.The theory has promoted the process of Soviet Union' s industrialization i n practice,but destroyed the development of agriculture itself in certain lev el.
