摘要
高威信是每一个领导所追求的。除了权力、岗位之外,管理者的威信还包括管理者的品格、素质、知识、能力等因素。非权力性威信要靠柔姓管理手段来促成,以柔性化决策来提高威信。
High authority is for what every leader seeks,but the authority can no t leave from his duty and job.Leader's all of the authority is not coming from the power only,power is only a part of leader's authority and isn't the most im portant quality in a leader.Besides the power and job,managers' authority con tains his character,quality,knowledge,ability etc.To gain the authority that is not coming from power,must be to rely on the soft management.Increasing au thority need to pay attention to inner management ,direct manner of management ,make good relations between leaders and officers by giving many affirmative ev aluation to officers.And to pay attention to enhancing authority with behavior ,keeping tolerant and understanding to the inferior people.
