摘要
江泽民同志在“5·31”重要讲话中指出,必须把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务,把保持党的先进性和发挥社会主义制度的优越性,落实到发展先进生产力、发展先进文化、维护和实现最广大人民的根本利益上来。这一重要论述标志着党对执政规律的认识达到了一个新的阶段。
What indicated by Comrade Jiang Zeming in the report on'5.31'is that the CPC m ust re-gard the development as the first important task of ruling and prosper ing,and putting keeping the Party 's advanced quality and exerting the superior ity of socialism into development of advanced productivity,and of advanced cul ture,into maintenance and realization of the basic benefits.This important di ssertation is an sign which our Party 'cognition of ruling law reaches into a n ew level.
