摘要
根据华中地区社会经济状况和华中电网现状,分析了电网当前面临的问题,提出了应对一些已建水电厂进行机组改造和扩机增容的建议。并介绍了国内外已建水电站的再开发情况,以资论证。
Based on the analysis of social economic conditions and present situation of the Mid-China Power System, several proposals about the reformation and capacity enlargement of the hydropower units are presented. At the same time, some redeveloping cases of domestic and foreign hydropower stations are introduced.
