塔带机浇筑大坝混凝土出现的问题及其解决方法

Solution of Problems in Dam Construction by Tower-crane & Belt-conveyor Combined Machine

塔带机浇筑大坝混凝土,具有入仓强度高、能连续均匀布料等优点,但在实际使用过程中,也存在一些问题。如何充分发挥塔带机的优势,扬长避短,提高混凝土浇筑质量,应对塔带机浇筑仓进行合理的浇筑工艺设计。通过三蛱二期厂坝工程混凝土施工实践,对塔带机浇筑大坝混凝土所出现的问题及其解决方法进行了总结。

Though the tower-crane and belt-conveyor combined machine has certain advantages, such as high strength placing and well continuous spreading, yet there are some problems occured in the course of concrete construction of dam. Therefore, it is necessary to make better the concrete placement programme and to make best use of the advantages and to eliminate the disadvantages of this machine. The experience for solving these problems in the construction of TGP is summarized.
