水利水电工程建设项目的目标主要有质量目标、投资目标和进度目标,工程建设质量控制是实现三大目标的关键。采用原型法开发了混凝土大坝施工质量管理体系。主要介绍系统开发原理、系统结构和软件模块等,并举例说明其操作方法。

The main attention should be paid to the control of quality, investment and progress in the construction of hydraulic projects, in which the quality control is more important than the others. Using the mould method, a quality control system for the concrete dam construction is developed, and the principle, framework, software modular and operation method of this system are explained.
