极谱法测定水中微量氯仿

摘要 在乙二胺EDTA底液中,氯仿在负的1.68V产生一灵敏的极谱吸收波,氯仿的浓度在2.06×10^(-6)~1.23×10^(-2)mol.L^(-1)的范围内与导数波有线性关系,检测限为1.00×10^(-5)mol.L^(-1),应用本法可直接测定漂白废水中的氯仿。经预先富集后对自来水的氯仿也能进行测定。并取得满意结果。 A sensitive polarographic absorptive wave of chloroform was observed with EP=-1.68V in the solution of EDTA. The concentration of chloroform is linear with the peak hight of the derivative in the range 2. 06×10-5-1. 23×10-2mol. L-1. The limit of detection for determination of chloroform is 1. 00×10-5mol. L-1. The concentration of chloroform in bleaching Sewage has been monitored by directly adding sewage sample to the solution . An enrichment proceeding has also been applied to determinate the choroform in tap water successfully.
