To adjust to the current educational reform and the rapidly developing economy, this essay, from the viewpoint of educational sociology, illustrates the sentimental environment design and ecological construction of campus culture in the 21st century , pointing out that universities and colleges should demonstrate their own characteristics to make campuses hold their primary and special position under the situation of lifelong education and network education.
