摘要
本文介绍了OMRON公司C系列PLC在普通车床改造中的应用,给出了用PLC改造C650车床电气控制的硬件组成和软件设计,对PLC控制取代传统继电—接触控制的方法进行说明。这一技术改造可以使普通车床的可靠性和效率大为提高。
The application of PLC of the C series in controlling the ordinary turning machine is introduced in this paper. The paper gives the design of hardware and software about the electrical control of C650 turning machine. By explaining the substituting of the traditional relay controller with PLC in controlling turning machine, it shows that this system can improve the reliability and efficiency of ordinary turning machine .
