谈“职业意识”的强化教育

高职院校学生毕业就要顶岗工作,进入社会立即接受用人单位的全面检验,其职业素质的高低和职业意识的强弱,关系着学校的声誉,关系着学校的发展,也关系着学生的就业出路。本文对高职院校加强学生职业意识教育的意义、途径、方法等问题进行了初步探讨。

Higher vocational college students will go to their suitable positions and be examined in all aspec-ts by their employers. So whether their professional qualities and behaviors are reliable and qualified will be related to the reputation and development of their colleges, and to their employment prospect as well. This article makes a preliminary study into the meaning, ways and methods of strengthening vocational conscio-usness education in higher vocational colleges.
