关中是华夏农业文明的发祥地,早在远古时代,周人的祖先后稷就在渭水边教民稼墙,发展农业,被后世尊为神农.也就从那时起,在关中人心中埋下了恋土情结的种子,再也离不开这片土地了.土地成了关中人的命根子.
Baldachin is popular in farmer's house in the Guanzhong Plain in the central Shaanxi Province. It serves as an important part of the spiritual life of the Guanzhong people, Farmers can pray to gods for blessing whenever they do farm work and handle familyaffairs. Therefore, no matter what shape of a baldachin, and where it is placed, the Guanzhong people could find the haven for their soul in the baldachin.
