入世对我国律师业制度建设的要求及对策

A requirement for our legal system construction after the WTO and countermeasures

入世后,我国律师制度的建设将面临着更为艰巨的任务。我国律师能否在国际法律服务贸易中占有较大的份额,除了律师自身素质外,律师制度的健全与否也决定着律师法律服务职业化的水准,影响着我国律师队伍整体参与国际法律服务竞争的实力。因此,加强律师业的制度建设不仅是入世对我国律师业的必然要求,也是入世后我国律师业加快发展的必然对策。

After entering the WTO,the development of the law system will face more arduous task.Whether our lawyers can have a major portion in the international trade of legal services,except quality of lawyers' own,whether the counsel system is perfect or not also decides the level of occupationalization of legal services and influences the competitive strength of which our lawyer's rank wholly join the international lawyer services.Therefore,strengthening the construction of laywer's system is not only the inevitable requirement for our counsel service after our entering the WTO.It is also the inexorable countermeasure for quickening its development.
