摘要
数字图书馆在现行的版权体系下举步为艰,如何解决数字图书馆发展与法律限制的矛盾,出路是调整版权制度,使之适应数字时代权利分配与利益的需要。要重新界定图书馆合理使用的范畴,赋予图书馆必要的法定许可,完善版权集体管理制度。
The digitized library steps forward with difficulity under the current copyright system.How to solve the contradiction between the development of the digitized library and limitation of law,the way out lies in adjusting the copyrights system to meet demands of right distribution and interest in the digitized times.Relimit the rational utilization scope for library.Bestow the essential legal permit on library.Perfect the system of collective control for copyright.
