试论中国盐业垄断经营的法律规范问题

On the Law Regulation of the Monopoly of Chinas Salt Industry

目前 ,中国盐业面临严重的行业垄断问题 ,政企不分 ,不规范的食盐与工业盐二元管理模式是这一问题症结所在。问题的解决不仅需要中国盐业在管理模式上进行创新 。

Nowadays,China's salt industry faces the serious monopoly.That lack of the mutual independence between the administrative agencies and the enterprise is the crux.The dualistic administration system of the food salt and the industry salt is also a related factor.The resolution to the monopoly of China's salt industry needs the innovation of the administrative model of salt indusrtry and the improvement of regulation of the law.The author focuses on these issues and points out how to improve the relevant law regulation to secure the constant,fast and healthy development of China salt industry.
