冷战结束后 ,日本推行的是一条没有“普通国家”的“普通国家”路线。相对于军事大国化仅仅是这一政治理念的具体表象而言 ,自主性和大国化构成了“普通国家”的真实内涵。日本在内政和外交方面的多种实践 ,说明我们只有从这个角度来看待日本的“普通国家化” 。

After the cold war, what Japan pursued is a route of 'ordinary country' without 'ordinary country'. As to big military country being only political concrete representation and speech of this idea, independence and big country form true intension of 'ordinary country'. Japanese many kinds of practice in internal affairs and diplomacy prove only that we come to think about 'ordinary country' of Japan from this angle, could prevent passive strategy from reply.
