我国优秀竞走运动员模拟高原训练的应用研究 被引量:7

A Study of Application Experiment of Simulated Altitude Training of "Living High and Training Low"for Elite Walkers of China

摘要 选择我国优秀竞走运动员于国辉、李明才、潘海莲等五名选手为研究对象,利用山东省体育科研中心研制的模拟高原训练低压舱,进行三周的"高住平练"模拟高原训练,观察运动员血红蛋白、运动能力、体重和比赛成绩的变化情况,从而得出"高住平练"是提高耐力性运动员机能状态和运动成绩的有效方法,同时也为今后优秀运动员进行"高住平练"模拟高原训练探索出较为成功的模式。 Five elite walkers of China,YU Guo-hui,LI Ming-cai,PAN Hai-lian and so on are selected as the subjects for the test of the simulated altitude training of 'Living High and Training Low'.A negative pressure cabin developed by Shandong Research Center of Sports Science is used for this three-week test.It has been shown that the 'Living High and Training Low'is an effective method to improve their fitness status and competitive performance.It is also a successful model for the 'Hi-Lo Training'of elite sportsmen.
