试论高校青年教师的素质教育

Discussions on Quality-Oriented Education of Young College Teachers

立足于高等教育发展的现状分析当前青年教师素质教育中存在的认识上、内容上等方面的若干误区和问题。从提高人的素质是实现人的现代化的核心和高校可持续发展等方面提出了青年教师素质教育应确立"没有爱就没有教育"的观念,应建立健全有效的扶持和激励机制,采取宽容与严格结合的原则,把握"三个面向","四个统一"和"六个希望"的内涵,阐明在青年教师素质教育中有关理念、环境、实践和领导的对策。

Based on the current issue of higher education development, this paper first analyses some of the cognition and practical problems in qualityoriented education of young college teachers. Then it advocates, to achieve substantial development of universities and improved quality of young college teachers, the conception that without love there will be no education, and argues for effective mechanism to support and encourage young college teachers while executing the principle of combining tolerance and strictness. In the end, it puts forward 'three orientations', 'four unifications' and 'six hopes' as the countermeasures.
