摘要
通过对终身教育思想内涵的探讨,指出终身教育思想的提出是时代的呼唤。教师的角色发生了变化:教师应成为学习的促进者、研究者与合作学习者,教师应重视人文精神的熏陶和强化科学精神的培育,成为学生健康人格的塑造者。探讨这一变化,有助于我们更深刻地理解终身教育的必要性。
The concept of lifelong education is an old but modern topic, which enjoys increasing attention from professionals and requires changed roles of teachers. To meet the need of this educational trend, teachers remain no longer authorities or commanders but learning promoters, researchers and partners. They should take great efforts to foster human and scientific spirits and noble personalities out of students. Therefore, it is of great importance to explore lifelong education and changed roles of teachers.
