How to Conduct FL Learning Strategy Training in Chinese EFL Classroom

外语学习策略训练研究是当今欧美教学研究之热点。通过对国外外语学习策略训练研究的发展过程、策略训练的目的和方法、实施步骤和途径等方面的概述,以促进广大外语教师对该研究的了解和我国在该领域的发展,并对日益全球化、网络化的外语教学有所启示。

FL learning strategy training has been the focus of world's foreign language learning and teaching research since the 1970's and lots of empirical studies have been reported in the literature with positive effects on the improvement of FL learning and using. In order to promote the development of Chinese FL studies and classroom research in this particular field, the article introduces to EFL teachers the goals, methods, procedures and process of FL learning strategy training in Chinese classroom as well as the roles of an English FL teacher in the training, which will also provide significant implications to current online EFL learning and teaching. 
