My Opinion on the Work of the Trade Union in Institutions of Higher Learning During the New Era

新时期的高校工会应牢固树立大局意识、服务意识、奉献意识,充分发挥自身特点,抓好民主建设,教职工队伍建设,推动学校各项工作的顺利进行和改革发展。

To do the work of the trade union well,we should firmly establish the consciousness of the whole situation and service and contribution.We should give full play to the characteristics of the trade union and focus on democracy construction and the construction of the ranks of the workers and staff so that all the work and reforms of the institution can be smoothly promoted.
