A Findings Report on the Competences of the Graduates From Baoding Normal College

在问卷调查的基础上,对保定师专的毕业生能力情况作出了评价,分析了存在的问题,提出了转变观念,增强创新意识,深化教学改革,加强社会实践,增加投入,创造条件,培养师专生综合能力的建议。

Based on questionaires,the thesis evaluates the competence of the graduates from Baoding Normal College and analyzes the existing problems.It also puts forward some suggestions for changing concept,enchancing creating sense,deepening teaching reform,emphasizing social practice,increasing investment ,creating conditions and trying to develop the integrated skills of the students.
