郑良树两部历史小说中使用了大量AABB式叠词 ,表现了作者由学术语言向生活语言靠近的努力 ,反映了东南亚华语和华南方言的现状和发展趋势 ,还带有学者的儒雅气质 ,可采为研究汉语普通话的重要语言资料。其中的一半是常见的 ,一半是不常见的 ,特别是后者 ,将在汉语规范化的过程中 ,接受“约定俗成”

There are plenty of expressions of 'AABB'pattern reiterative locution in the two historical novels by Zheng Liangshu,which show the rwiter's efforts to approach the everyday expressions from his scholar's speech,reflect the existing state and tred of development of the Chinese used in Southeast Asia and in South China.Those expressions also show the scholarly elegance of the writer, and can be used as important language material in the esearch work on the common Spoken Chinese. Half of the expressions are commonly seen, and the rest are not.The latter will be tested by the rules of being 'accepted or abandoned through common practice'in the process of the standardization of the language.
