欠发达地区特色农业发展探讨——以苏北地区为例

On the Development of Characteristic Agriculture In the Underdeveloped Areas

发展特色农业是加快我国农业结构战略性调整 ,提高区域农产品市场竞争能力的重要举措。本文通过对欠发达地区农业现状的分析 ,认为加快发展这些地区的特色农业具有极其重要意义 ,提出了这些地区今后特色农业的发展方向 ,从农业政策和制度、发展特色农业的机制、农业经营理念等方面探讨了发展这些地区的特色农业时应注意的问题。同时通过苏北地区的典型实例作了实证性的分析。

The development of characteristic agriculture is an important measure in speeding up strategic adjustment of agriculture struture and enhancing market competitiveness of agricultural products.In this paper,the author analyses the current situation of agriculture in underdeveloped areas. Then,the author discussed the development orientation and strategies of characteristic agriculture in underdeveloped areas in aspects as follows:innovating policy system,mechanism of agriculture development,and notions of agricultural management.In the paper,the author also analyses the typical example of characteristic agriculture in the area of North Jiangsu.
