《汉语拼音方案》的历史地位是不可动摇的 ,对它的修订也不可能是大幅度的、实质性的。但实践和认识都是无止境的。在民族文化素质有了较大提高 ,中文信息处理越来越重要 ,推普目标提出后的今天 ,《汉语拼音方案》中存在的一些细节问题 ,包括技术性的和理论性的问题 。
