摘要
形体健康美是现代社会人们的普遍追求,形体健康美有一般性的标准。从理论和实践两方面来看,要想拥有健美的体魄,应以科学的态度和方法,循序渐进,坚持不懈,并且根据每一个个体的情况,以不同的锻炼方式和内容进行不同部位的肌肉练习,以期达到各自设定的锻炼目标。
There are general standards for beauty of a healthy shaping.Theoretically and practically speaking,if one wants to have a healthy and handsome build,one should keep exercising on a regular basis perseveringly,following it with a scientific method and a scientific attitude.In addition,one should well understand his/her physical conditions and adopt different ways and content to exercise different muscles so as to fulfill one's own exercising targets.
