Access to WTO and China's problem of employment

加入ＷＴＯ对我国就业的影响是双重的，我们面临的是有进有退的较量，即融入型和竞争型的结构调整。对此应采取积极的应对措施，化不利条件为有利条件，深化改革，改善我国的就业状况。

Influence of access to WTO on China is both positive and negative，and what we have to do is to make necessary industrial restructuring. We should take efficient measures，transform adverse conditions into favorable ones，and continuously further reform with aim to heighten the employment rate of China.
