加入WTO,将对我国政治、经济、文化、法律和社会各方面产生广泛、深刻的影响,也将对铁路公安工作和公安队伍建设产生深刻的影响甚至带来一些全新冲击。铁路公安机关如何主动适应入世后的新形势,积极主动应对社会治安的新变化,更好地服务于改革和发展,为铁路运输生产创造良好的治安环境,提素强警,是我们认真思考和亟待解决的新课题。

The entry of WTO will make a great and new impact on the politics, economy, culture, law and other aspects in our country(e.g. our political work). At present, how our work is geared to the change of the entry of WTO, new changes of social security. In order to serve the development and construction of market-economy and provide a good security surroundings for the railway production, strengthening the police force and the police quality are the new subject for which we should reflect and prompt to find out the solution.
