摘要
企业法人的治理结构是一个世界性的研究和实践课题。在中国国有企业改革过程中,构筑良好的企业法人治理结构和机制已成为建立现代企业法律制度的核心。我国现行的《公司法》作为企业法人发展的保障,已不能满足企业发展的要求,亟待加以修改和完善。
Corporate Governance is cosmopolitan study and practice subject. In china, it is a law institutional core of building modern corporation. (The Law of Corporation) can't meet the request of corporation development. It should be perfected urgently.
