摘要
目前,我国人才竞争越来越激烈,国有企业人才流失问题十分突出。本文简要地分折了国有企业人才流失的原因,论述了国有企业人才流失所造成的不良影响,提出了国有企业做好人才工作的几点对策。
It is more and more heated that scramble for talents in China, and it is extremely prominent that the problem of state enterprise talents running off at present. The article analysis theproblem of state enterprise talents running off in brief, expounds the harmful effects on the problem of state enterprise talentsrunning oft, raises counter-measures on the talents work, of state enterprise.
