我国加入世贸组织后,就意味着从此以世贸组织成员的身份直接参与了国际竞争,这既是新的历史机遇,又是新的挑战。作为公安院校的学报,应紧紧围绕公安工作面临的新课题策划学报的选题。

The enrollment of China to WTO is a new historical opportunity as well as a new challenge, which predicating that we will take part in the international competition as a member of WTO. As Police academies Journal, it is supposed to conduct material selection and designing work, based on the new topics confronted in the public security work tightly.
