摘要
1998年美国《航运改革法》是美国国际海运政策的最新体现,在实施的3年时间里,它基本达到了预期的目的。我国在借鉴美国航运立法成功经验的同时,更应该重视该法给我国带来的不利因素,进行规避的同时更应以条约谈判和给予同等待遇的方法加以自我保护。
The U. S. Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998 shows the newest international shipping policy of U. S. It appears to be achieving ^ts primary policy objectives during the three-year-time of implementation. When we are using successful experiences of the U. S. law for reference of working out our legislation today > we should attach more importance to the disadvantages it brings. We should protect ourselves by means of treaty negotiation or equal treatment provisions, as well as evading them.
