The study on the postoperative recurrent cause of tension-free hernioplasty

目的 总结无张力疝修补术后复发的原因。方法 采用聚丙烯网片进行无张力疝修补150例(其中包括直疝及斜疝)。结果 无张力疝修补术后复发4例,复发率为2.7％。结论 无张力疝修补术后复发与修补补片移位,缝合技术有密切关系。

Objective To summarized the recurrent cause after tension-free hernioplasty. Methods 150 cases of inguinal hernia (direct and indirect) undenvent tension-free hernioplasty with Marlex mesh. Results 4 cases of postoperative recurrence were found after tension-free hernioplasty. the recurrence rate was 2. 7% . Conclusion Postoperative recurrence of tension-free hernioplasty is closely related to mesh displacement and suture skill.
