摘要
目的:研究经翼点入路显微技术切除岛叶肿瘤的方法和意义。方法:采用经翼点入路,显微镜下,经外侧裂分离额、颞叶,保护血管,分块切除肿瘤。结果:经术后影像证实,切除达90％15例,75～90％4例,少于75％2例,无1例死亡。结论:经翼点入路显微切除岛叶肿瘤是可行的有效途径。
Objective:To sum up the experience of microsurgical removal of the insular tumors through the pte-rion. Methods: Adopting through the pterion the temporal lobe and frontal lobe were divided with vessels protected, then the tumors were removed piece by piece under the microscopy. Results:The results confirmed by the postoperative imaging showed that 15 cases with removal of 90% of tumors,4 cases of 75%.-90% , 2 cases below 75% ,no one was dead. Conclusion: It is a feasible and effective method to remove the insular tumors through the pterion.
