摘要
目的:观察爱西特片及尿毒清颗粒剂对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)氮质血症期的短期治疗效果。方法:51例CRF氮质血症病人随机分成三组:Ⅰ组(爱西特治疗组)17例,常规加服爱西特治疗;Ⅱ组(尿毒清治疗组)22例,常规加服尿毒清治疗;Ⅲ组(对照组)12例,仅以常规治疗。观察临床表现演变,检测治疗前后血清尿素氮(BUN,mmol/L)、肌酐(Scr,umol/L)、尿酸(UA,umol/L)及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr,ml/min)的水平。结果:治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ组间比较,BUN、Scr、UA、Ccr均无明显差异(P>0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ组间及Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间比较,Scr、UA、Ccr均有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),BUN无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗前后比较,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组BUN、Scr、UA、Ccr均有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ⅲ组BUN有明显差异(P<0.05),Scr、UA、Ccr无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对CRF氮质血症期患者加服爱西特或尿毒清,效果显著优于常规治疗,爱西特与尿毒清疗效无明显差异。
Objective:To observe the short term curative effect of Ai Xi Te tablets and Niao Du Qing granules treat the chronic renal failure in azotemic stage. Methods: 51 chronic renal failure patients in azotemic stage were divided into three groups randomly: Ⅰ group 17 patients were treated by Ai Xi Te and routine methods; Ⅱ group 22 patients were treated by Niao Du Qing and routine methods; Ⅲ group 12 patients were treated by routine methods. To observe the changes of clinical manifestation, the concentrations of BUN, Scr, UA in serum and the level of Ccr were measured before and after therapy. Results:The concentrations of BUN, Scr, UA in serum and the Ccr level after therapy did not display significant difference in Ⅰ group, as compared to Ⅱ group(P>0. 05). The concentrations of Scr, UA in serum and the Ccr level after therapy displayed significant difference in (P<0.05,P<0.01) Ⅰ , Ⅱ groups compared to Ⅲ group ,but BUN did not display significant difference(P>0.05). The concentrations of BUN, Scr, UA in serum and the level of Ccr in Ⅰ, Ⅱ groups displayed significant difference (P<0.05 or P< 0.01) between before and after treatment. The serum concentration of BUN in Ⅲ group displayed significant difference (P<0.05)between before and after treatment,but Scr, UA and Ccr did not display significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion: Ai Xi Teor Niao Du Qing displayed better effect than routine treatment,but they did not display significant difference in curative effect.
