城市社区建设是社会学界研究的热门话题 ,而城市社区的民主建设则贯穿了城市社区建设的始末。我国城市社区的民主建设经历过一个长期、逐步深入的过程 ,存在许多新问题、新情况 ,应该从城市社区自身、政府。

Each phase of City Community Construction(CCC)--a warmly-discussed problem that sociologists are researching into--is permeated with the democracy construction of city communities. The democracy construction of our country's city communities has been undergoing a long and gradually deepening process. Author of this thesis analyses the current situation of CCC of our country, points out the existing new problems and conditions in our city community's democracy construction, and suggests that the exiting problems should be solved jointly by the city communities themselves, the government and the Party's construction.
