The article tries to probe into the successful access to high tech industry from the interrelation between knowledge, learning and management, combining high tech enterprise's characters and development prospects. It's necessary to build learning management team in the high tech enterprise and to enhance the learning of high tech enterprise's management team, so all works is to promote development of high tech enterprise normally and continuously.
