论我国现阶段加快发展私有制经济的迫切性

On Urgency of Developing Private Ownership Economy in Our Country at Present Stage

我国无论是改革开放,还是建立市场经济体制,都必须坚持走社会主义道路。坚持走社会主义道路又必须坚持以社会主义公有制为基础。因此,人们对发展私有制经济总是小心谨慎的。然而本文却从调整和完善所有制结构、加快推进国企改革,建立规范的股份公司、开发和利用我国的劳动力资源及自然和社会人文资源、我国加入WTO后融入国际经济体系等方面论述我国现阶段加快发展私有制经济,不仅具有客观性,而且还具有十分的迫切性。

our country must adhere to socialism regardless of the reform and opening-up or constructing market economy system. However, adhering to socialism requires us to uphold socialist public ownership as basis. Therefore, people are always cautious as to developing private ownership economy. But this presentation will expound that our country should quicken our steps and widen the scope to develop economy of private ownership, which is not only objective but also urgent, from these aspects, such as adjusting and perfecting structures of ownership, promoting reformation in state-owned enterprises, building up standard stock companies, exploiting and making use of our labour resources, natural and social humanity resources and integrating into international economic system after joining WTO.
