摘要
进入二十世纪九十年代以来,营销学中的4P(产品、价格、渠道、促销)理论先后受到4C(顾客、成本、便利、沟通)理论和4R(关联、反应、关系、回报)理论的挑战。一些知名企业的营销实践也证明,运用新的营销理论会给企业带来丰厚的回报。新世纪呼唤新营销,新营销既需要营销新理论,更需要新型营销人才。
Since the 1990s, the 4P's ( product, price, place, promotion) theory of marketing was successively challenged by theory of 4C ( consumer, cost, convenience, communication ) and 4R ( realevancy, reaction, relation, reward).The marketing practices of some well-known enterprises also have proved that utilizing the new marketing theory brings them rich and generous rewards. New century calls for new marketing. New marketing needs not only marketing theory, but also new marketing talents.
