The writer offers such measures as implementing pro-active fiscal policy and firm currency policy, improving social security system, stabilizing social demand, developing consumption credit, promoting consumption upgrading, accelerating housing investment and growing day-off economy. These measures can extend domestic demands, stimulate economic consumption, and fuel economic growth.
