摘要
幼儿师范德育工作要讲究实效性。要揭示与弘扬传统德育中的创新本质,构筑“以人为本”的德育工作体系,倡导成熟的意义教育,教学生学会创造完满的人生,从而适应社会迅猛发展对自己的必然要求。
Moral education in infants' teachers' school should stress the substantial results, explore and carry forward the innovative essence in traditional moral education and construct the 'People First' moral working system. Meanwhile, mature meaning education should be advocated to teach students how to create perfect life. This moral education can enable us to meet the inevitable request of the rapid development in the society.
