体育教学既是科学,又是艺术,成功的教学给人以一种美的享受。体育教学作为一种锻练身体、提高技能、增强体质和培养品德的活动,不但具有科学和艺术的特点,而且还渗透着大量的美育因素。本文就学生在体育教学和体育活动中可以感受和意识到的三方面的美的现象,谈谈自己的粗浅认识。

Physical education is both a science and an art Successful teaching can help students appreciate beauty. As an activity to build up bodies, improve skills, strengthen constitution and develop morality, teaching in physical education is not only characterized by science and art, but also permeated with various factors of aesthetics education. Students can experience and realize three aspects of beauty in physical education teaching and sports activities. This article will present some ideas on this phenomenon.
