学生管理工作应面向全体,正确对待每一个学生,做好后进生转化、优等生点拨和中间生突破,充分发挥他们的潜能,使之成为有用之才。

Students' management work must be done in light of the whole unity. We must treat every student correctly. Make lagging students progressive, give hints to top students and set average students improve themselves. Thus students can fully exert their potentials and become useful talents.
