试论著作权转让的法律完善

The Legal Improvement of Copyright Transfer

我国《著作权法》关于著作权转让的法律条款还不完善 ,要完善著作权转让的法律 ,必须建立著作权转让合同制度 ,建立著作权转让合同的登记和备案制度 ,建立和完善著作权集体管理机构 ,实行自律性管理与行政管理相结合的体制。

In order to improve the imperfect legal provisions about copyright transfer in Copyright Law, the following systems of organization should be set up and perfected: contract system, system of registration and filing of contracts, collective management system and system of combination of self-management and administrative management.
