高等教育“入世”:并非全球化的明智之举

高等教育如何应对WTO ,这是当前教育界极其热门的话题。高等教育商业化已经进入世界市场的高层领域 ,对此 ,一些国内外的知名学者也持有不同意见。本文作者阐述的观点是 :如果高等教育纳入WTO的管辖范围 ,大学的职能将发生本质上的改变 ,发展中国家的大学应该对本国的发展和社会的巩固作出贡献则无从谈起。

The higher education should how to answer the WTO is the most pop topic in the education now.To commercialize the higher education has come into the higher field of the world market and some famous scholar at home and abroad to this.The author's viewpoint is that if the higher education is brought into the jurisdiction of the WTO,the function of the university will have the essential changes,the university in the developing country should cotribute to the domestic and the stability of the society but we have no way of doing so.
